Sasser Vacation Rentals

The Good Life, La Bonne Vie and La Buena Vida—these three beautiful custom-built Corolla vacation rentals are available year-round in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Designed and built by ‘Southern Living’s 2010 Builder of the Year’ Sasser Construction, each home is within 300 feet of the walkway for an easy trek to the beach where access is limited to you and your Ocean Lake neighbors. With this combination of unique craftsmanship, quality and comfort, we couldn’t help calling it anything but the ‘The Good Life’.

Meticulously thought out, each home has three levels with elevator access. You’ll find a spacious King Master Bedroom on the top floor that includes a beautifully tiled shower and whirlpool tub with his and her vanities, large closet, flatscreen TV and a private deck. Also on the top level is a great room with a 65-inch flatscreen TV, surround sound and plenty of cozy seating for movie night after a fun day on the beach. The Gourmet Kitchen is also located on the top level, where you’ll find just what you need to prepare any size meal—from a perfect breakfast-for-two on the balcony to a family-style Southern Boil for the entire group. You’ll also find entertaining essentials such as 2 dishwashers, an ice maker and wine bar. Seat as many as 18 guests at the glass top dinner table, cafe table or island bar. And if the weather is just cool enough, relax with a book by the stone gas fireplace located in the entry foyer.

Moving down to the mid level, you’ll find 3 King MBRS—each with deck access and one with wide doors and bathroom grab bars making it Handicap Accessible. There’s also a Queen MBR as well as a MBR with two single beds and deck access. Flat screen TVs are included in each bedroom and a coffee bar can be found in the mid level hallway so you can easily brew a cup before heading upstairs or outdoors for an early morning walk on the beach. The hot tub is also located on the mid level deck.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious rec room with a pool table, full-size refrigerator and undercounter ice maker. There’s also a theatre area with a 65-inch flatscreen TV, comfortable wraparound seating and access to an outdoor Tiki Bar and covered porch that includes a year-round gas fireplace, flat screen TV, speakers and relaxing seating. The ground level also has an additional bedroom with a Duobunk, Bunk Set and full bath.
